Michael Ro — Co-Founder

Michael brings a financial engineering background to Worth. He runs an institutional alternative asset infrastructure platform serving firms like Blackstone, Artisan Partners, and Waterfall Asset Management. His deep expertise in alternative asset trading platforms and institutional-grade financial systems is the foundation of Worth's approach to music as an asset class.

Kim Lumpkin — Co-Founder

Kim is a 30-year music industry veteran with executive roles at Bad Boy Records, Uptown Records, and Sony Music. She currently manages Q-Tip (A Tribe Called Quest) and maintains deep relationships with super producers Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins and Salaam Remi. Kim's experience and relationships are Worth's supply-side foundation — she understands the industry from the inside.

JL Novosad — Head of Development

JL leads all technical development, AI agent development, and platform engineering at Worth.

Chadae Bowler — Head of Marketing & Business Development

Chadae leads brand, content, go-to-market strategy, and partnership outreach.
